The Beelzebub's Skull (ベルゼブブの頭骸, Beruzebubu no Zugai) is a massive structure located in Lithuania. It is the venue of Phantasmagoria, a festival that happens only at the full moon. In the past, it is considered to be the headquarters of the Science Academy.
